Privacy
Relanqo handles two very different kinds of personal data, under two different legal roles. Most of this page is about telling them apart, because the rights that attach to each are not the same.
Who we are
Relanqo is a service of Mitiga Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 1908 Thomas Ave STE 18648, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. For anything on this page, write to contact@relanqo.com.
The two roles
We are the controller for data about visitors to this site, people we contact about our own services, and our clients. We decided to collect it and we decide what happens to it.
We are a processor for everything our agent touches on a client’s behalf: the names, email addresses and quote details of that client’s prospects. We never decide what happens to that data. The client does, and our contract with them binds us to their instructions. If you received a follow-up from a business using Relanqo and want your data removed, the fastest route is to reply to that email; we will also pass on any request sent to us.
This website
The site is deliberately plain. There is:
- no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising scripts;
- no third-party fonts or embeds, because typefaces are served from this domain, so loading a page contacts nobody but us and our host;
- one cookie,
NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you chose English, French or Dutch. It holds a two-letter language code and nothing else, identifies nobody, and exists only because you picked a language.
Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for a short period, for security and troubleshooting. We do not build profiles from them.
If you contact us
We keep the correspondence, your name and your email address so we can answer and, if it goes further, quote for work. Our basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who approach us, and the steps leading to a contract. We delete enquiries that go nowhere after two years.
If we contact you first
We send cold business email to organisations we believe have a quote follow-up problem, using business contact details that the organisation publishes. Our basis is legitimate interest. Every message says who sent it, gives our postal address, and offers a way out that we honour immediately. Tell us to stop and we delete your details rather than merely suppressing them, unless we need a record to prove we stopped.
If you are a client
We hold your contact details, your configuration (tone, signature, business hours, the FAQ and objection answers you give us at onboarding ) and a log of what the agent did on your behalf. That log is also the source of your monthly report. We keep it for the life of the contract and for one year after it ends, then delete it.
Access to your mailbox
The agent sends from your own mailbox, which means you grant us access to it through your provider’s standard authorisation screen. What that means in practice:
- We request the narrowest permissions that let us send follow-ups and read replies to those follow-ups. We do not request permission to delete anything.
- We read replies in the threads our agent started. We do not read the rest of your mailbox, and nothing else is copied into our systems.
- You can revoke access at any moment from your Google or Microsoft account settings, without telling us first. The agent stops being able to send the instant you do.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared with anyone outside the processors listed below.
Who else processes data
| Processor | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ireland Limited | Business email, and the Gmail API used to send and read follow-ups from the client’s own mailbox | EU and United States |
| Vercel Inc. | Hosting for relanqo.com | United States |
| Anthropic PBC | Drafting follow-up copy and classifying replies. No client data is used to train models. | United States |
Clients are told before we add anyone to this list. We are a US company, so personal data we handle is generally processed in the United States. Where that data comes from the European Economic Area or the UK, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it.
What we never do
- Sell personal data, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- Use one client’s data to benefit another. Any cross-client statistic we ever publish will be aggregated past the point of identification.
- Allow prospect data to be used to train a general-purpose AI model.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict what we do with it, take it elsewhere, or object to any processing we base on legitimate interest. Write to contact@relanqo.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Those rights come from the GDPR and from several US state privacy laws, which between them cover some people and not others depending on where they live and how large we are. We extend them to everyone anyway. Sorting our correspondents by which statute protects them would cost more than simply honouring the request.
Where we act as a processor for one of our clients, we will point you to them, because the decision is theirs to make, and we will tell them the same day.
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first. If that gets you nowhere and you are in the EEA or the UK, you may complain to the data protection supervisory authority where you live.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Client environments are separated so one client’s data cannot be reached from another’s. Access to production is limited to people who need it, which today means one person. If a breach puts you at risk, we will tell you and the regulator within the deadlines the law sets, and we will not wait until we have a tidy explanation.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will email clients rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
This page is published in English only. Where Relanqo’s marketing pages exist in other languages, the English wording of this page governs.
