How this is calculated
Quotes per month multiplied by the share that go unanswered gives the number sitting in silence. Multiplied by your average quote value, that is what is at stake. The break-even figure divides our first-year cost by your average quote value. That is all it does. It does not estimate how many quotes we would recover for you, because we do not know, and a number invented here would be worth nothing to either of us. Below 20 quotes a month we tell people this is not for them.
What follow-up actually changes
Nothing above depends on buying anything. You can run a four-touch sequence yourself with a calendar reminder and a copy of your own quote list. Most businesses know this and still do not do it, because the fourth polite chase to someone who has ignored three is the least appealing job of the week. That is the whole reason this service exists.
