Terms
Fixed scope is what makes a fixed price possible, so this page spends more time on what is excluded than on what is included. Nothing here is hidden on the sales page. The limits are the product.
1. Who you are contracting with
Mitiga Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 1908 Thomas Ave STE 18648, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, trading as Relanqo (“we”, “us”). “You” means the business buying the service. These terms apply unless we have both signed something that says otherwise.
2. What we sell
The backlog sweep ($490, one-off). We take your quotes from roughly the last 90 days that received no reply and follow up on each one. You get a written report of what came back and what it was worth. No retainer, no contract to cancel.
The agent ($2,900 setup, then $590 per month). We configure and run a follow-up agent on every quote you send: up to four touches per quote, sent from your own mailbox in your prospect’s language, with replies classified and routed. Setup runs 7 calendar days from the day we have everything we asked for at onboarding.
3. What is not included
These are outside scope in every case. They are not favours we might do anyway, and asking for them is a separate paid engagement:
- Negotiation of any kind. The agent never offers a discount, changes a term, or discusses price beyond what is already written in your quote. Anything touching price is escalated to you.
- Cold outreach. The agent writes only to people who already received a quote from you.
- Writing your quotes. We follow up on them.
- Phone or voice. Email only.
- CRM migration or configuration. We read what you already use and write the outcome back to it.
- Marketing automation, newsletters, or list building.
4. What you are responsible for
- Truth of the facts you give us. Validity dates, capacity claims and seasonal pricing are stated by the agent exactly as you supply them. The agent is built so it cannot invent urgency, which means if a fact you gave us is false, it is false in your name, not ours.
- A lawful basis for contacting your prospects. You confirm that everyone whose details you put into the system asked you for a quote or is otherwise lawfully contactable by you.
- Mailbox access, and keeping it working. If you revoke it, the agent stops.
- Approvals, in reasonable time. During the first two weeks nothing is sent without your approval. Messages you leave unapproved are not sent, and a quote that goes cold while waiting is not something we can be responsible for.
5. Approval and control
For the first two weeks every outgoing message waits for your approval. After that the sequence runs by itself while drafted replies still come to you. Regardless of settings, four things always stop for a human: anything about price, complaints, anything using legal language, and any message to an address that was not on the original quote. You can pause any prospect, or the whole account, at any time and it takes effect immediately.
6. Fees and payment
- The sweep is paid in advance.
- Setup is invoiced half at kickoff and half on the day the agent goes live.
- The monthly fee starts the day the agent goes live and is invoiced monthly in advance.
- Invoices are due within 14 days. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, VAT or withholding that applies where you are, which is added to the invoice or is yours to account for.
- If an invoice is more than 30 days late we may pause the agent after telling you first.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that any quote will be recovered, that any particular amount of revenue will be produced, or that your reply rate will reach any figure. Any numbers on our marketing pages are illustrative or drawn from other businesses, and yours will differ. What we do commit to is that every quote entering the system reaches a definitive outcome and that you receive an honest monthly report, including when the honest number is zero.
We will tell you before taking your money if we think the service will not pay for itself at your quote volume.
8. Term, cancellation and refunds
- The monthly service runs month to month. Cancel any time with no notice period; you are not billed again after the current month.
- The setup fee covers work already delivered and is not refundable once the agent is live.
- If we fail to deliver setup within 7 days for reasons that are ours rather than yours, you may cancel and we refund the setup fee in full.
- On cancellation we stop processing immediately, hand over your activity log on request, and delete your data on the schedule in our privacy policy.
9. Data protection
For your prospects’ data you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it only on your instructions, keep it separated from other clients’ data, and delete it when you ask. Our privacy policy lists every sub-processor, and we tell you before that list changes. Where a data processing agreement is required, ours forms part of this contract.
10. Confidentiality
Neither of us discloses the other’s non-public information. We will not name you as a client, quote you, or publish your results without your written agreement, including anonymised results, unless you have agreed to that specifically, as pilot clients do.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, the sequence logic and the template system remain ours. Your data, your quotes and your customer relationships remain yours. The message copy we generate for you is yours to keep and reuse after the contract ends.
12. Liability
Neither of us excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost deals or reputational harm. Given that a single recovered quote can exceed a year of fees, read that cap carefully. It is the trade that keeps the price fixed.
13. Suspension
We may suspend the service immediately if we have reason to believe it is being used to contact people who never requested a quote, to send anything deceptive, or in a way that breaks the law. We will tell you why.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for new clients at any time. For an existing client, changes take effect 30 days after we email you, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept them.
15. Governing law
The laws of the State of Wyoming govern this contract, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. This holds wherever your business is based. Standard terms on standard law are part of what a fixed price buys; negotiating a bespoke jurisdiction clause is not something a $590 per month engagement can carry.
